Your day, end to end

This is your day at sea,
built around your people.

From the moment we pick you up, everything is arranged so your group can switch off. A boat that belongs only to you. Food cooked on board while you are still in the water. Drinks that keep coming. And a crew whose whole job that day is to make it all feel effortless.

  • A deck that belongs only to your group
  • A kitchen on board, grilling while you swim
  • A crew that hosts the day, start to finish

That is the difference between a tour you took and a day you talk about.

What makes the difference

Four things your group notices in the first hour.

01

The whole boat is yours

Your people, your playlist, your pace. From the first minute to the last, the deck answers to your group.

02

The crew hosts the day

Drinks poured, music running, photos taken, timing handled. Everyone in your group gets to be a guest, including the one who organized it.

03

The kitchen fires up on board

Grilled while your group is still in the water and served hot, a few meters from where you were swimming. It is the part everybody talks about afterwards.

04

The price is closed before you pay

You see the total and the price per head up front. Twenty-five percent locks the date; the rest is settled on the day of the tour.

How the day feels

Three moments your group will remember.

Send this part to the group chat. It answers most of what they are about to ask you.

A private catamaran anchored in turquoise water off Punta Cana
First

You get picked up, and the day starts without you organizing it.

Air-conditioned transport collects your group and brings everyone to the check-in room. No single pick-up list covers every hotel, so the whole group arrives together.

Then

The deck becomes yours.

Your music, your people, drinks poured by a crew that is actually paying attention. This is the part that looks like the photos your friends will be posting that night.

Friends toasting with champagne in shallow Caribbean water beside the boat
And then

Everybody gets in the water.

The engines go quiet, the ladder goes down and the whole group ends up in water you can stand up in, glass in hand. The rest of the afternoon runs on its own clock.

Exact timings depend on your departure and your group. Tell us your date and we will send you the full plan you can forward to everyone.

The floating kitchen

The kitchen is ours. The bar is ours. The day is yours.

The floating kitchen is Hispaniola’s own and has sailed with the fleet since 2015. What reaches your table was grilled and plated a few meters from where you were swimming, and it arrives hot, in front of you, with the sea still on your skin. The bar works the same way, and both exist for one thing: your day on the water.

How this works

  1. 01 Dream it. Picture the day. The music, the people, the food, the hour you want to be in the water.
  2. 02 Tell us. A date, a headcount and what you are celebrating is enough to start the conversation.
  3. 03 Let us make it happen. The boat, the crew, the kitchen and the extras all come from the same house.

Your price, right now

See what it costs each person in your group.

You rent the whole boat. The more of you there are, the less each person pays.

Price your charter

What we can put on the water

From ten guests to five hundred.

Twelve boats of our own and one operations team, so the size of the group changes the plan and not the people you deal with.

  1. 10+

    Small groups

The whole deck is yours from ten guests up. Same boat, same crew, same kitchen — only the price per person changes.

  2. 300

    On one boat

The Karaya takes a full guest list across two levels, with bars on both and the kitchen cooking through the event.

  3. 500

    Across the fleet

Several boats out at the same time, on the same water, run as one event by the same team.

Tell us the headcount and we tell you how many boats it takes. See how corporate days are built →

The flagship

And when the group is the whole guest list, there is the Karaya.

Two levels, a full kitchen and room for a full guest list. The Karaya was five years in the building and joined the fleet in 2021, and it is the boat behind the conferences, gala dinners, award nights and cocktails that Hispaniola runs on the water.

  • 938 m²Across two levels
  • 300Guests on board
  • 2021In the fleet since

What that means next to a large catamaran

A large catamaran up to 120 guests
The Karaya up to 300 guests

Two and a half times the guest list, on the same water, with the same crew and the same kitchen.

What fits on board

  • An upper deck for the DJ and the dancing
  • A shaded main deck for the tables
  • Bars on both levels
  • The floating kitchen, cooking through the event
  • Room for staging, branding and decoration

Tell us the format and we set the two decks for it — a gala on one level and a cocktail on the other, or the whole boat as one room.

Plan the Big One

Before you send it to the group

What if the numbers change, or the weather does.

«Two more people just said yes»

Tell us and we adjust. The boat is priced whole, so every extra person brings the price per person down.

«What if it rains»

Charters sail in the rain. The one call the crew makes is about safe sea, and when they make it, the full amount comes back to you in money.

«What if I have to cancel»

Free cancellation up to seven days before departure. The deposit is 25%, so a quarter holds the date while you gather the group, and the balance waits until the day.

Straight answers

The questions that come up before you book.

Is the boat really private?

Yes. One group per departure, and the deck stays yours for the whole day.

How much do I pay to hold the date?

Twenty-five percent confirms the booking. The balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour, or by credit card at least 24 hours before departure, so you collect from the group close to the date.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to seven days before departure.

What happens if the weather turns?

If the crew cancels because the sea is unsafe, you get a full refund.

Is there a minimum number of people?

Groups start at ten. From there the whole boat is yours, and the more of you there are, the less each person pays.

Is food included?

Yes, and it is grilled on board and served hot. Menus vary by package; tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book.

The easiest plan you will make this trip

Tell us the date, the group size and what you are celebrating. We come back with your exact price and the whole day mapped out — usually within minutes.
